For each paper registration, you should register as Author presenter (US$ 650 OR US$ 750) even if you are a student. Each paper must have a full registration of US$ 650 OR US$ 750 depending on if the author is IEEE member or not.
The student option is only available for students attending the conference (without presentation).

All fees are quoted and collected in US$.
